So today is my first class in "Composite and Polimer Manufacturing" and i want to share my note with you all.

so this is the example of composite material

Pict 1. Aluminum Composite

then let's talk about what is composite material

from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Composite_material :

Composite materials, often shortened to composites or called composition materials, are engineered or naturally occurring materials made from two or more constituent materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties which remain separate and distinct within the finished structure.

Composite is compose from  fiber and matrix (e.g resin)

fiber is used as a bone in structure and resin is used as a flesh of the compound.

a common fiber that used as composition of composite is fiberglass

Natural fiber that must be reconsidered to use in manufacturing is fiber from empty bunch of palm.

from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiberglass :

Fiberglass (or fibreglass) (also called glass-reinforced plastic, GRP,glass-fiber reinforced plastic, or GFRP), is a fiber reinforced polymer made of a plastic matrix reinforced by fine fibers of glass. It is also known as GFK (for German: Glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff).
Fiberglass is a lightweight, extremely strong, and robust material. Although strength properties are somewhat lower than carbon fiber and it is less stiff, the material is typically far less brittle, and the raw materials are much less expensive. Its bulk strength and weight properties are also very favorable when compared to metals, and it can be easily formed using molding processes.
The plastic matrix may be epoxy, a thermosetting plastic (most often polyester or vinylester) or thermoplastic.

Than let's talk about matrix that used

from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resin :

Resin in the most specific use of the term is a hydrocarbon secretion of many plants, particularly coniferous trees. Resins are valued for their chemical properties and associated uses, such as the production of varnishes, adhesives and food glazing agents. They are also prized as an important source of raw materials for organic synthesis, and as constituents of incense and perfume.

Resin is divided to two which is termoplastic resin and thermoset resin
Resin terbagi dua yaitu resin thermoplastic dan resin thermoset.

This is the different

from http://www.sandwichpanels.org/articles/article_thermoplasticresin.html :

Thermoset resins generally come in liquid form, and when mixed with a catalyst, a chemical reaction occurs forming a solid. Thermoset molecules crosslink with each other during curing, thus once cured, they cannot change. Below are features of thermoset resins.

Thermoset Resin:

Pros
Easy to process and laminate
Does not necessarily need pressure or heat to form
Generally inexpensive
Generally stronger than thermoplastics
Generally better suited to higher temperatures then thermoplastics

Cons
Often release emissions known as volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
Cannot be recycled or reclaimed easily
Short workable pot life, with some exceptions
Less-than-perfect surface finish

Common Types of Themoset Resins
Epoxy
Polyester
Vinylester
Polyurethane
Phenolic

Thermoplastic resins have molecules that are generally not crosslinked, meaning, the resin can be repeatedly melted and reused. Usually, no chemical change occurs when thermoplastic is cured. Thermoplastic resin usually starts out in solid pellet form, and changes shape with the addition of heat and pressure. Below are features of thermoplastic resins:

Resin thermoplastik  mempunyai susunan molekul yang tidak menyilang yang menandakan bahan tersebut dapat dilelehkan dan digunakan kembali (dibentuk ulang). Biasanya tidak ada perubahan kimiawi ketika resin ini memadat. Resin thermoplastik biasanya dalam bentuk mimis padat dan berubah bentuk dengan penambahan panas dan tekanan. Berikut merupakan ciri-ciri resin thermoplastic :

Thermoplastic Resin

Pros
High Impact Strength
Attractive Surface Finish
Recyclable / Scrap is Reusable
No Emissions
Can bond to other thermoplastics
Can be molded or shaped with reheat

Cons
Generally softens with heat
More difficult to prototype

Common types of Thermoplastic Resins
Polyamide (PA or Nylon)
Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
Polycarbonate (PC)
Polyethylene (PE)
Polypropylene (PP)
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

and this all for my first class in "Composite and Polimer Manufacturing" hope it useful for everyone.
Thanks for reading

Destiny Inmato

Just want to tell all YuGiOh TCG fans my own original deck

I called it Destiny Inmato because it consist of destiny hero and plant type Inmato archetype. Inmato archetype is only consist of cherry inmato than can special summon up to 2 inmato monster and inmato that have atk 1400.

so this is my deck list

Scapegoat                                                     1x
Fires of Doomsday                                        1x
Allure of Darkness                                         1x

TRAP

Magic Cylinder                                             3x
Threatening Roar                                          2x

Extra deck

any rank 4 XYZ (i put Utopia and Excalibur)
any Rank 3 XYZ ( use leviathan or acid golem for attacking and use zenmaines for deffending)
Synchro lvl 5 (i put catastor ) [coz cherry inmato can call inmato lvl 3 and cherry inmato (tuner) lvl 2]
Synchro lvl 6 ( use splendid rose coz i think it's a great beater in plan type using inmato in grave as cost)
Synchro lvl 7 (Blackrose dragon coz it have a great clearing field ability and can make any defend position monster atk become 0 by banishing 1 plant type monster in graveyard)
Synchro lvl 8 ( use 2 inmato and 1 cherry as material)
Synchro lvl 9 ( use 1 cherry 1 inmato and other lvl 4 as material)
E. hero Absolute Zero
E. Hero Great Tornado

-So this deck is designed for using ur opponent force to beat him. guard ur monster using Magic Cylinder and threatening roar than swap it with ur weak monster (usually cherry inmato coz after u beat it, two inmato will summoned and u can beat ur opponent with 2800 damage than in m2 u can xyz it to rank 3 xyz monster).
-Use diamond dude to mill Destiny draw to gain hand advantage.
- use miracle fusion to special summon E. Hero Absolute zero by using HERO monster and penguin soldier or rank 3 xyz such as leviathan or acid golem, u can also summon E.hero Great Tornado using Stratos and splendid rose or spore.
- use scapegoat or fires doomsday as ur guard or material for summoning E.hero Dogma or Plasma. Plasma can steal ur opponent monster (make it as equip and steal their ability). dogma can halved ur opponent life than u can just wait ur opponent dead by using Magic cylinder
-steal ur opponent monster using mark of the rose than xyz it or synchro it so it will not returnto ur opponent field.
- u can use summoner monk to throw any useless spellcard u don't need to summon stratos so u can return ur hand number than xyz it
- use avarice to return inmato in grave if u already wasted all inmato in deck .
other strategy can be used deppend on the monster ur steal and opponent style.

The biggest weakness in this deck is when u get all inmato in hand =_=" but u can just use it as a xyz material or banish it as a cost for allure of darkness

So that's all for my own original deck. have fun try it

First Turn : Comic

 Comic

Comic is a union of a picture and line (sentence), by reading comic we train our eye to not just focus on the word or picture but to divide our focus to both of them. when you see the pict you will read some words from dialog bubble or narration box.and it will do the same when you just re ad the word you will also see the picture.
Comic is filled by fiction and fact and usually the author will fused both of them in order to make it more logical.

.Manga
Manga is japanese style of graphic novel and also my favorite type of comic.
This type of comic is divide into to certain reader , the type is:
 1. Shonen ( for boys)
 2. Shoujo (for girls)
 3. Seinen  (for man)
 4. Josei  (for woman)

1. Shonen
Shonen is for boys and usually the story and the luck is sided with the hero ( man protagonist).
Usually in romance genre this kind of comic will make the hero is so bad (but sometimes he is cool / strong) but he can get a lot of girls. (the lucky bastard =_=" ). In action the hero usually weak in the beginning but strong in the end. ( coz if the hero is strong from the beginning it will not interesting and if he stay weak he just get die then the story will end. hahahaha XD )

2. Shoujo
Shouju is aim is to girls reader and usually just a simple love story with a cool hero and the heroine is just a simple girls but that bishonen (cool guy/man) will fall for her. Usually the man in this type of manga is ultra cool and famous ( surrounded by girls).

3. Seinen
Seinen aim is for adult man which usually contain extraordinary violence and some sex scene. (bad for child huh. beware all parents. hahahahahahaha XD). but the contain usually identical to shonen one.

 4. Josei
Josei aim the adult woman reader and the story usually in harsher world than in shoujo manga. (i usually not read this kind of manga so can't tell u well, sorry. )

American Comic
In American i read usually always superhero one and a lot of act of violence. (really bad for kids). Usually the extraordinary power in this type of comic is explained using science. (but they never make the power exist in real world. =_=" ). The famous Superhero American comic around the globe is usually created by DC or Marvel. (Marvel: Spiderman, Ironman, Hulk, etc; DC: Superman, Batman, GreenLAntern, etc)

Manhwa
Korean style comic that i thing very identical to manga ( i don't if they copy them or not so i just use identical. hahahaha) from Japan. Usually this kind of manga always filled with comedy act even though in serious story (that's why i hate it, but the comedy one is great to make you laugh.) and i often find the manhwa with a lot of fighting between highschool student or supernatural fighting. ( is the student their so bad in moral so always fighting?? i don't know).

France Manga
France manga is usually tells about an adventure ike tInTin or comedy like Gaston.
(I'm not often read it but i read some)

So by reading comic will know what that country or tribe (like in the ancient. ahahahaha.) interested in. because the comic is created for the reader and what they usually do or want to do. Like in manga usually they always make Japan / Japanese is the best and in America they always one a logical story by refering to the science. I hope when you all read the comic you not just take the fun but also take any kind information you can get there (coz sometimes they put fact there).
Happy reading and Be a great Human.
You can get Knowledge everywhere and Knowledge is everywhere.
Coz knowledge is Information + Experience.
